Aegidium sinuatum Frolov, Akhmetova & Vaz-de-Mello
Original description: Frolov et al., 2017
Type locality: Panama, Chiriquí, Cerro Pelota, 4 km N Santa Clara.
Type depository: CMN.
Diagnosis. Most similar to Ae. howdeni but can be separated from it by the mesotibiae without a tuft of setae on the inner side apically, relatively wider parameres (in lateral view) and deeply sinuate posterior angles of the pronotum.
Distribution. Known from one locality in southern Central America (Cordillera de Talamanca).
